1120 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the rules and conditions governing the use of the 1120 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1120 platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1120 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.

Basic eligibility requirements:
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this platform.
  • You must be a Malaysian citizen or legal resident.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of this platform complies with all local laws applicable to you.
  • Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at any time.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. 1120 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national ID or passport.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your 1120 account.
  • Do not share your login information with anyone.
  • Log out of your account when using a shared device.
  • Enable two-factor authentication where available for added protection.

Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 1120 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following while using our services:

Prohibited activities:
  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
  • Creating more than one account for fraudulent purposes or to exploit promotions.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to a third party.
  • Engaging in any activity intended to unlawfully influence the outcome of a game.
User responsibilities:
  • Comply with all game rules stipulated for each category.
  • Not using the platform for money laundering purposes.
  • Report any bugs or system vulnerabilities to 1120 rather than exploiting them.
  • Treat other users and platform staff with respect.

Any breach of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure without prior notice.

Payment & Transaction Details

All transactions on the 1120 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via Touch ‘n Go eWallet, FPX, and internet bank transfers including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may change from time to time and will be shown during the deposit process. Successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security checks. 1120 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal until all verification requirements have been met. Approved funds will be credited to the bank account registered to the user's profile within the timeframe indicated at the time of the request.

Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is launched. Wagering requirements and bonus validity periods are as specified in the respective promotional terms. 1120 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse.

Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

1120 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.

In circumstances where our liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Malaysian law, our liability shall be limited to the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

1120 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraud or suspicious activity.
  • Breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Submission of false user information during registration.
  • Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
  • Account inactive beyond the stipulated period.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any remaining bonus balance. Any real money balance will be determined based on the outcome of an internal investigation.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1120 platform, including logos, graphics, user interface, text, and software, is the exclusive property of 1120 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 1120.

The 1120 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes only. These links are provided for your convenience. 1120 has no control over the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies or practices. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

Terms Amendments

1120 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. You are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
